There are few trainers I would let work with my son...
I think you know this, but I’m going to say it anyways. I respect you at the highest level. There are few trainers I would let work with my son simply because they do not have the IQ or passion to develop him the way I want. I’m willing to drive 2.5-3 hours round trip to work with you because I know what you stand for and I know what you can do for his game. I say all that because at the end of the day once you work him out and decide you want to focus on other areas of his game then we are all in.

The best teaching material I have ever seen on coaching
Mihai helped me to get into the curriculum today and I started to look at it and wanted you to know that I think it's the best teaching material I have ever seen on coaching. After watching your content, I'm so happy that I can pass it on to the Admirals Basketball Academy. It will be a great help to them as they develop players from the beginning to the end. The ones I’ve seen with my own eyes THAT teach players how to also play with 4 others are few and far between. Ganon Baker definitely heads the list. He actually asked what offense we ran and tailored his drills to improve those specific skills. While ALWAYS explaining the “WHY”. He also is extremely effective at getting players to give maximum effort, and I think I know why. HE gives MAXIMUM EFFORT 24/7. Zero exaggeration. I learned a ton from him in a short amount of time.

I started to use some of Ganon's drills this week and...
I started to use some of Ganon's drills this week. I can see things clicking for my four oldest and I can also see that they have been lacking the sound fundamentals in executing some of these finishing moves. I have already been teaching them some of these concepts, but I think I have combined too many skills into one drill and my kids don't yet have the foundation. I am impressed. Even after one early morning session of teaching the Iverson Series to them, my 8th grader's AAU coach told her that she was finally "getting" how to rise up and shoot over people close to the hoop. I don't think it was a coincidence. I even started doing the drills with them instead of just demonstrating. After all, basketball is an approved workout through my work. Oh man! My legs are sore just from doing those moves.
